Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 piece Meyer lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Arrange the Meyer lemon slices on top of the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper over the pizza.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
