Main Ingredients
- 1 large Mo Qua (Fuzzy Melon) peeled and sliced
- 1 lb Pork ribs cut into pieces
- 6 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 piece Ginger sliced
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add pork ribs and ginger slices. Simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add Mo Qua slices and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
4. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
