Instructions
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Add bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
4. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the soup thickens.
5. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
