Main Ingredients
- 8 cups apple cider
- 1 orange sliced
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 inch fresh ginger sliced
- 1 star anise
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain and serve warm.
