Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets White fish such as snapper or tilapia
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, and oregano.
  2. Marinate the fish fillets in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on each tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
