Nicoise Salad Recipe
A classic French salad with tuna, hard-boiled eggs, and fresh vegetables.

- 2 cups Green beans trimmed
- 4 Hard-boiled eggs halved
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 can Tuna drained
- ¼ cup Olives pitted
- ¼ cup Red onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Boil the green beans in a pot of salted water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and cool under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, tuna, olives, and red onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
5. Arrange the hard-boiled eggs on top of the salad and serve immediately.
