- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup Meyer lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Meyer lemon zest finely grated
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Add the Meyer lemon juice and zest, and whisk until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Scoop and serve.
