Refreshing and easy-to-make mimosas using Ojai Pixie tangerines.

- 1 cup Ojai Pixie tangerine juice freshly squeezed
- 1 bottle Champagne chilled
Juice the Ojai Pixie tangerines until you have 1 cup of juice.
Pour ¼ cup of tangerine juice into each champagne flute.
Top off with chilled champagne.
Gently stir and serve immediately.
