Orange Black Bean Taquitos Recipe

- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 8 pieces Tortillas
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, orange juice, shredded cheese, cumin, and chili powder.
Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
Place the rolled tortillas on a baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with olive oil.
