Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Orange juice
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
- ½ cup Ice cubes
1. Add orange juice, pineapple chunks, silken tofu, honey (if using), and ice cubes to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
