- 4 pieces Turkey tenderloins
- 1 cup Pomegranate juice
- 0.5 cup Orange juice
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the turkey tenderloins with salt and pepper.
In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, and honey. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced by half.
Place the turkey tenderloins in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
