  • 1 cup Pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the turkey tenderloins with salt and pepper.
  3. In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, orange juice, and honey. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced by half.
  4. Place the turkey tenderloins in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
