Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Tomatillos Husked and sliced
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese Grated
- 2 pieces Eggs Beaten
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip each tomatillo slice in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the coated tomatillo slices on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
