Padron Chile Pasta Alfredo With Crab Recipe
A delightful pasta dish combining the mild heat of Padron chiles with creamy Alfredo sauce and succulent crab meat.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta any type
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Cooked crab meat
- 1 cup Padron chiles sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced Padron chiles. Sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked crab meat and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
