Pan Fried Sunchokes Recipe
A simple and delicious way to enjoy sunchokes, also known as Jerusalem artichokes.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb sunchokes washed and sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced sunchokes to the skillet.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.
Serve hot.
