Passion Fruit Sorbet
A refreshing and tangy sorbet made from passion fruit.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
In a blender, combine passion fruit pulp, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and place it in the freezer.
Every 30 minutes, stir the mixture with a fork to break up ice crystals. Repeat for 4 hours or until the sorbet is firm.
Once frozen, scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately.
