Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. In a blender, combine passion fruit pulp, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and place it in the freezer.
  3. Every 30 minutes, stir the mixture with a fork to break up ice crystals. Repeat for 4 hours or until the sorbet is firm.
  4. Once frozen, scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately.
