Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

- 2 Pears sliced
- 100 g Blue Cheese crumbled
- 50 g Walnuts toasted
- 50 g Mixed Greens
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
1. Slice the pears.
2. In a salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese, and toasted walnuts.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
