  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic smashed

Instructions 

  1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add sliced jalapenos and garlic to the boiling mixture. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Once cooled, blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce into a jar and refrigerate. Use within a month.
