Main Ingredients
- 2 cups pearl onions peeled
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 pcs bay leaves
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
Add peeled pearl onions to the boiling mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer onions and liquid to a jar. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
