  • 1 cup Rice vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse and dry the shishito peppers.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Place the peppers in a jar and pour the hot vinegar mixture over them.
  4. 4. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
