- 1 cup Diced Pineapple
- 1 cup Diced Mango
- 1 cup Diced Watermelon
- ½ cup Chopped Red Onion
- 1 unit Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1 unit Lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, and watermelon.
2. Add the chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
3. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a more intense flavor.
