Pixie Tangerine Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- ½ cup Pixie tangerine juice
- 1 tablespoon Pixie tangerine zest
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Add the vanilla bean seeds and the pod to the mixture.
Stir in the Pixie tangerine juice and zest.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
