Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Chopped pluots

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped pluots.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
