  • 1 cup quinoa cooked
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup bee pollen
  • ½ cup dried fruits chopped
  • ¼ cup nuts chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, rolled oats, honey, and almond butter. Mix well.
  3. Add bee pollen, dried fruits, and nuts to the mixture. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and press it down firmly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
