  • 12 oz pappardelle pasta
  • 1 head radicchio sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pappardelle according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced radicchio to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked pappardelle with the radicchio mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
