  • 12 pieces Rambutan peeled and seeded
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the peeled and seeded rambutan with water until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the rambutan mixture into a pitcher.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. 4. Add ice cubes and stir well. Serve chilled.
