Rambutan Lemonade Cooler Recipe
A refreshing and exotic cooler made with rambutan and lemon.

Main Ingredients
- 12 pieces Rambutan peeled and seeded
- 2 cups Water
- ½ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Sugar adjust to taste
- 1 cup Ice cubes
1. Blend the peeled and seeded rambutan with water until smooth.
2. Strain the rambutan mixture into a pitcher.
3. Add lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
4. Add ice cubes and stir well. Serve chilled.
