Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced potatoes, red lentils, ground cumin, and ground turmeric. Stir to combine.
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 30 minutes, or until the lentils and potatoes are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
