  • 2 Japanese cucumbers sliced thinly
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Add the sliced cucumbers and red bell pepper to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  3. 3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
