Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Red tomatillos husked and rinsed
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
