- 2 heads Garlic roasted
- 2 Avocados ripe
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 20 minutes.
Once roasted, squeeze the garlic out of the skins and place in a food processor.
Add the avocados, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
