- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Honey
- 3 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
