  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 cup Cotija Cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
  3. 3. Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly. Cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a mixing bowl.
  4. 4. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, cotija cheese, chili powder, lime juice, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
