Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 pieces Red Bell Peppers roasted
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Roast the red bell peppers for about 20 minutes until charred.
  3. 3. Let the peppers cool, then peel off the skin and remove seeds.
  4. 4. In a blender, combine chickpeas, roasted peppers, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. 6. Serve with pita bread or veggies.
