- 2 lbs Ruby Gold Potatoes cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
