Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Spring Onions trimmed and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Tarragon chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the spring onions on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the onions are tender and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped tarragon before serving.
