Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Romanesco cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the Romanesco florets and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
