Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the Romanesco florets and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
