Salad Ingredients
- 4 Satsuma tangerines, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Mixed greens
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, Satsuma tangerine segments, feta cheese, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
