- 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup New Mexico Hatch Chiles, roasted and chopped
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Salsa
1. Heat the large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shredded chicken and Hatch Chiles to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
3. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Assemble the burritos by placing the chicken and chile mixture in the center of each tortilla.
5. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
