Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
  • ½ cup Cooked shrimp chopped
  • ½ cup Hatch chiles roasted and chopped
  • ½ cup Cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, Hatch chiles, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each jalapeno half with the shrimp mixture.
  4. Place stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until jalapenos are tender and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.
