Shrimp Hatch Chile Jalapeno Poppers Recipe
Spicy and savory shrimp-stuffed jalapeno poppers with a Hatch chile twist.

- 12 Jalapenos halved and seeded
- ½ cup Cooked shrimp chopped
- ½ cup Hatch chiles roasted and chopped
- ½ cup Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, Hatch chiles, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each jalapeno half with the shrimp mixture.
Place stuffed jalapenos on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until jalapenos are tender and cheese is bubbly.
Serve warm.
