Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup shrimp cooked and chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the shrimp mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and stuffing is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
