  • 4 large Potatoes cut into fries
  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and toss with diced mango.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
