- 4 large Potatoes cut into fries
- 1 cup Mango diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Remove from oven and toss with diced mango.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
