  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 2 Spring Onions finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Toast the bread slices to your liking.
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork.
  3. Add the chopped spring onions, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the mashed avocado. Mix well.
