  • 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 200 g Smoked salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Creme fraiche
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • 50 g Caviar
  • 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the creme fraiche and hot sauce. Mix well.
  4. Spread a generous amount of the spicy creme fraiche on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
  6. Add a small dollop of caviar on top of the salmon.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
