Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette Baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 200 g Smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 1 cup Creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
- 50 g Caviar
- 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
In a mixing bowl, combine the creme fraiche and hot sauce. Mix well.
Spread a generous amount of the spicy creme fraiche on each toasted baguette slice.
Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
Add a small dollop of caviar on top of the salmon.
Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
