Spaghetti With Garlic And Chile De Arbol
A simple yet flavorful pasta dish with a kick of heat from chile de arbol.

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic thinly sliced
- 6 Chile de arbol dried
- 60 ml Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
- 30 g Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 handful Fresh parsley chopped
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and chile de arbol, and cook until the garlic is golden brown.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic and chile oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve the spaghetti topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
