- 4 ears Corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the corn with olive oil.
Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the corn.
Grill the corn for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Remove from grill and drizzle with lime juice before serving.
