Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu cut into cubes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup kimchi chopped
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce, cooking for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add tofu cubes and chopped kimchi. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
