- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Spread the Brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and browned.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
