Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh spinach washed and dried
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, almonds, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, poppy seeds, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
