- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Chopped spring garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter for cooking
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, egg, chopped spring garlic, and salt until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, forming a pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
