Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Polenta
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 bunch Spring Onions chopped
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine polenta, water, and milk. Stir well.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Press the polenta mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
Top with chopped spring onions.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
