Main Ingredients
- 200 g Baby Bok Choy washed and chopped
- 200 g Choy Sum washed and chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the baby bok choy and choy sum. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the greens are tender but still crisp.
4. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
